Ingoing Contribution
An Ingoing Contribution is a refundable amount that provides you with lifetime tenancy of your unit. The Ingoing Contribution, less retention, is refundable after you vacate the unit. Your agreement contains the provisions relating to a refund.

Retentions
Retentions are charged at a rate of 4% per year for the first 5 years and 2% from year 6 to year 10. This is capped at 10 years and 30%.
Monthly Levy
Units, for which an Ingoing Contribution is paid, have a levy payable monthly to cover the operational cost of the retirement community. Your levy covers the cost of our tenancy on an ongoing basis. Your own unit electricity, telephone and contents insurance are not covered. The Levy level is reviewed on an annual basis.

If your preferred type of unit or your preferred location is not currently available, you are able to complete an ‘Application’ which will ensure you will be contacted when your preference becomes available. We do not require a deposit for the waiting list. An appointment can be made to view units when one is available.
We require an Agreement to be finalised within seven days of being provided to you in order to maintain the availability of the unit that you have selected.
